If you are referring to the fresh air pipe getting some condensation on it then there is little that can be done.. at -30c temps the air coming in through the OAK (outside Air Kit) is COLD and the single wall flexible aluminum pipe is just as COLD. As a result any moisture in the house condenses on that pipe and then drips off on the floor. My solution was to put a shallow cake pan under the pipe and catch the water before it hits the floor... it needs to be emptied once a week or so in the coldest Wx here. I think a more elegant solution would be to insulate that pipe.. I haven't done it yet though.
