I need to change the flame guide plate on my furnace. Does anyone know how to get it out? It seems to be held down by the frame that holds the fire brick above the burn pot. I see two screws in the front of that frame (near the door), but I can't feel any such screws on the back side, and on the PF 100, you don't see much behind the pot. My dealer doesn't seem to know, he thought the guide plate would slide out like in a Harman stove.

Thanks.

This is a pellet furnace. Moved to the pellet forum for a better response.
