Pizetta Monia that is two years old will run for 15 minutes before the glass turns black with soot. Tried hardwood, softwood, and a mixture add still soots up. Turn the level to P3 to maybe clean the glass, and instead it overfills the burn pot and needs to be turned off.

My AGP Lopi burns these pellets with no issues and without the glass turning black.

Any suggestions? Had service "deep clean" the stove and still am having issues with the black glass and overfilling.

It sounds like poor airflow, either in the air intake, or exhaust. Start where the air enters, and work your way outside. Make sure to check the combustion blower. You can search on this site "leaf blower trick".
