Piazetta Sabrina program codes

I have a piazetta Sabrina that was in a house that I bought. We only used the on/off buttons and power modes. The stove needed to be moved to install flooring and now it won’t power on or shut off without pulling the plug. There is a code Ok displaying. We have been able to pull out the thermometer and wire at the back and it has allowed us to put it on a couple of times. We tried to do a factory reset but do not have the codes
The last time we shut it off we pressed 6 key enabled language and then it went down
