Please help small pellet stove advice

Please help I am in the market for a new pellet stove and I need to find one that is no more than 20" deep width and height do not matter but what really matters is that it is on/off thermostat compatible. I currently have a Jamestown j1000 great stove however my house is just too tight and I need a stove that can turn off and on with a thermostat and not burn out ignitors

look at Thelin, their Gnome is pretty small, you're dimensions don't fit any product i offer. as for "on/ off " ability many have this , if you are worried about igniter failure make sure you select a stat with at least a 2 degree "swing" temp. one which allows you to adjust a swing temp is worth the extra couple bucks.

you're looking for a model which is very uncommon due to hoppers being in the back of a pellet stove and most hold at least a bag. gonna be tough to fit in the space you are looking for. if anyone has one that will fit , the gnome is probably it

Well since I have been researching swing stats maybe I don't need a new stove. The reason I was buying a stove is because I want to run a on/ off t stat with my current stove I tried a regular thermostat and it worked fine however I burned out an ignitor in about two weeks but your saying if I use a swing stat this wont happen?

Ecoteck Francesca is only 18 inches deep. They have some other models that are also only 18 inches, the next size-up (Elena, Monica..) models are 22 inches deep. All model have a built-in 7-day programmable themostat, and can be set to turn the stove completely OFF, and relight when the thermostat calls for heat, OR can be set to burn continuously, at the minimum burn-rate, till the thermostat calls for heat (this mode extends the life ofthe ignitor). You can also adjust the swing of the built-in thmostat.

Also, the Enviro Mini is a 20 inch deep stove, don't know if it has a thermostat.

I agree....a friend had a mini and loved it. Yes, 20" deep and they run off a stat. Also, a VERY quiet stove.

certainly not in that short a time, with a "non-swing" stat you can have "fast cycling, in other words the stove is constantl;y in start or shutdown as there is no room for the temp to rise and fall within that 1 degree. now, a stat which gives room to drop temp a couple degrees will give the igniter time to rest so its not constantly cycling
