posting diagrams

How can I post scanned diagrams here?

Click on Post Reply not Fast reply and upload it as an attachment. Make sure you shrink it way down in size first or it won't let you upload or you will use up all your space.

I can't do it. I keep getting this error message:

Error Message: The filetype you are attempting to upload is not allowed
Allowed Filetypes: image

seems like my scanned diagrams are either .pdf or .rtf

if you want you can email them to me and Ill convert them to a jpg or gif image and send them back to you... PM me for my email.

See if your scanning program can save it in other formats like jpg or gif. If not, download "GIMP" which is a photo editor like Adobe, but free. Then you can open it in that and save it in an alternate format.

I've managed to transform my diagram to .jpeg
How do I post the diagram as a thumbnail?
I can post the drawing as an attachment.

The attachment will automatically become a thumbnail when you post it.
