I just heard that a friend of a friend had the second place ticket for the last Powerball. Off by one number, and that number was within 10 digits.
The not so funny thing is the second place is a mere fraction of the 1st price. Anyway, I heard that if the person had won, I'd be sending this from Tahiti.
I would make sure to have a nice wood stove of course.

A nice wood stove in Tahiti might be hell on earth (as in too hot...)

Bummer tho.

I think if I only ran it when it was raining it might be OK. Could have a nice sauna anyway. Now if I had a stove in a bucket, I could have a nice outdoor fireplace to keep the bugs away. re the lottery, you sometime never hear about people who were close, but didn't win. They got second place which is something.

I think you could have a woodstove, but only run it in emergencies. Like if Tahiti had a snowstorm. I think that’d qualify.
