This is my second season with this stove. The pellets are dropping by the ignitor just doesn't engage. Pellets drop twice and circulation fan is spinning. Goes through 2 cycles trying to light but then produces the 4 red flashing lights. I then replaced the ignitor and cleaned the stove completely. Still does not work and there is no glow from the ceramic ignitor from the old one or new one. Seems like it's not being told to light. What am I missing...any help appreciated
