Could you please help. We just bought a used Scotts pellet stove it feeds from the bottom. The problem is after it burns for about a half an hour the motor and the auger jam.

I've never heard of the brand, and have always suggested that people stay away from used pellet stoves unless they contact the dealer who sold it..and the manufacturer first - just to make certain parts and service are available.
