Question:

Could you please help. We just bought a used Scotts pellet stove it feeds from the bottom. The problem is after it burns for about a half an hour the motor and the auger jam.

Answer:

I've never heard of the brand, and have always suggested that people stay away from used pellet stoves unless they contact the dealer who sold it..and the manufacturer first - just to make certain parts and service are available.

You might try to find a pellet specialist at http://www.nficertified.com
