I've got a floor heat system in my garage with about 800' of 1/2 tubing in it. It's going through a Wirsbo flow-adjustable manifold, but is otherwise unrestricted. What size of pump would you folks suggest?

If you look in the "tidbits" sticky at the start of this area, you will find a link to a Taco tech reference paper on how to size a pump - obviously they want to sell you a Taco pump, but the math works for anyone to figure the head resistance and flow rates, and it's just a matter of plugging the numbers into other outfits pump curve charts if you feel so inclined...

15-58 Grundfos or 007 Taco will pump that just fine unless there is a lot of pipe between the manifold and the boiler that has to be overcome also.
