My Quadra-Fire starts up just perfect if it's on low it'll run for just a little bit and then it stops feeding auger won't go nothing is plugged checked all the wires on the thermostat check the box all the lights are working anybody got any idea why it don't want to work on the low setting the number one setting they used to work just fine can't figure it out need help

double check that the combustion blower is clean and the vent pipe too. sounds like lack of air.. jump the vac switch and try it again. that will confirm its lack of air.

Open your feeder shutter a little. May be starving for fuel. Or venting is partly clogged. Has the flue been cleaned from the stove to the termination cap?
