Quadra fire Castile think 2014. My pellet stove stopped feeding pellets. Tech came out said the auger motor was bad. I went and bought auger motor and replaced and same thing no pellets drop. I have tried to bypass the two snaps I see. One with switch and grey wires one no switch and purple wires. I also bypassed the vacuum switch. (with a paperclip). Still no pellets. I have also replaced the control board and still no pellets. I do not know what to replace next. Everything says snap 2, but I dont see a snap2. I only see two snaps. Any help appreciated.

I have a 2007 Castile, so I don't know where you can run the diagnostics like on mine. Unplug the stove and remove the control box. On mine there is a hole in the case with a dial you can insert a flat screwdriver into. If you can see numbers through a notch in dial, remember what number the dial is on, then turn it to 0. Then remove the wires from the vacuum switch and put a jumper on it. Also do this on the #1 snap disc, the one on the top, mine has purple wires.

Plug the stove in the following should run for 10 seconds and go on to the next one in this order: combustion blower, convection blower, pellet auger and then the ignitor. It will just keep going through the cycle if left plugged in. Mine takes about 3 cycles before you can feel the ignitor getting warm.

Hope this helps.

I tried that but it didn't do anything? Does that tell me the vacuum is bad?

2014ish stove should have a hopper switch I believe. If so try jumping the switch. You also should have 3 snap disc’s #3 is on the auger drop tube #2&3 shoyld be on the side wall of the airbox going towards the combustion blower chamber. #2 should be 2 orange wires.

Ya no orange wires and only see the two snaps

#3 is on the drop tube by the auger motor with 2 grey wires. #1 is on the hot air chamber 2 purple wires. #2 should be close by #1

I know I have watched all the videos and read my manual. It is not there. The only orange wire goes from the vacuum and connects to what look like fabric wires that go into the box.

ok so lets follow the red wire that goes to the vacuum switch ( god i hope you have that one) red to the vac then the other wire out of the vac "should" go to the hopper switch (if you have it) then out to the snap disc #2, out of disc #2 to the auger motor. let us know what you find. this is intriguing. did you buy this stove new?

Ya bought new from englenook in conifer co. I am going to try and trace the wires. The manual says it should be red from the control box too. Let you know what I find.
