Hello all, I have a "new to me" Quadra-Fire Santa Fe pellet stove and I want to know if this looks right on LOW setting. I know the feed adjustment should be made on HIGH which I have done and the active flame is about 4 inches above the burn pot. I am posting a picture on the LOW setting after 1/2 hour of running, also the burn pot never fills with ash is this normal? The fly ash only builds up on the outside of the burn pot above the little trap slide doors.
On another note, I made the small metal insert to sit at the bottom of the burn pot and it works perfectly making cleanup super easy with no clinker buildup!

The flame looks about right for low
Fly ash is blown out of the burn pot
by combustion air blown into the pot
