I am looking for a repairperson for a Quadrafire pellet stove. I am located in Southern MD. I have called American Home and Hearth, but they are not answering. Is there any other repairperson who works on these stoves? We have cleaned it out and it has been maintained, but we are not handy with repairs.
Thanks!

Have you tried doing a dealer locator on Quads website using your zip code? Or googled pellet stove repair persons? Or it may be something simple that someone on the forum can help you with if you can give us a little more info on what it is doing. kap

Try Superior fireplace and garage door in prince Frederick or R&D Cross in upper Marlboro. Just a warning that an emergency repair when the temps are in the low teens might be a bit pricy.

What is the problem?

Contact kappell15 (Kap) here. Not sure how close he is but he is great on the Quads and knows his stuff very well. He's a tech and very, very helpful!

Last month I posted at this site in a panic with my Quadrafire and the helpful members here helped me step by step to get my stove back up again. If I had specific questions, they were all quick to give detailed answers. Finding help here saved me hundreds of dollars in a service call, that is, if the stove shop would have called me back to schedule one, lol.

So far, I've told dozens of people to check out this forum :) Describe your problems and I bet they can get your stove back online as well.
