We’ve been getting this error occasionally. If we hit retry it will start again. We had our company come out and he couldn’t find anything wrong. He said if it was the TC it wouldn’t work at all. He thought it might be the pellets jamming but it’s the same fuel we’ve been using all winter. Any ideas? Is the screw going?
