Keep getting 09 flow meter code. Anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

have you tried pushing ok on the display to clear the code, the flow meter is in the intake side and measures the air flow, it's used for the RDS system, If the the code won't clear check the wires to the flow meter if they are ok you probably have a bad flow meter

But I also can't change speeds on fan.
Stove is only two years old

that may be because of the flow meter code also
