I have a Ravelli 100 classic pellet stove. Occasionally it will shutdown while in operation, displaying the code "BLACKOUT". I checked the manual and it states that is caused be power loss. My house/ stove has never lost power. Has anyone else had this nuisance issue with a Ravelli product

I have seen this occur due to the power cord that plugs in the back of the stove. Just had to push it in so it had a solid connection.
