I just purchased a home with a regency GF 55 Pellet stove. Running it the last few days I have noticed a lot of pile up of partially burned pellets/ ash in the burn pot.

Doing some research, I realized the stove likely needs a a deep clean/ service. Poking around the back of the stove I noticed the air intake pipe was ducted into the exhaust and looked crumpled. Any cause for concern here? A technician is not able to get out for a few weeks

I responded to your other thread, I’d pull that hose clamp off and have a look, plain pics as that will help
