I have a Harman p68 pellet stove in my dining room. A majority of it's heat goes up stairs and heats the 2nd floor. My issue is my thermostat for my oil furnace is located downstairs as well . I was wondering if there is a way I can put a thermostat upstairs to control the pellet stove so the oil thermostat can control downstairs

Yes - I have my P43 on a thermostat with the control in a room halfway down the length of the house (stove is on one end of house). Here is a thread about doing such a thing. I like to think that my comment on that thread is particularly helpful :)
