My new house has a Whitfield Quest pellet stove inserted into the fireplace. The Auger has stopped making noise and delivering pellets. I called around locally here in Antelope Valley in S. Calif (Lancaster, CA) and nobody here seems to service the thing. So I am at least trying to figure out out to just back the thing out of the fireplace to see what is what, and maybe I can replace the motor myself. I can't even figure that out! Can't find the screws! I looked on YouTube and browsed a few websites, but nothing popped up. I hope someone here can help.
