After 10 hard-working years the plate on my pellet boiler started leaking when cooled down. Upon inspection, the rubber gasket had turned brittle in spots; some rust cleanup on the plate and boiler body also was necessary. A new gasket was $25 shipped, a little steep in my book, but we live in inflationary times.
