I have an enviro Windsor pellet stove, its about 6-7 yrs old. I replaced the door gasket a few months ago. There has been some leaking of air, today I realized that the glass and gasket were detaching from the frame. I had ordered the gasket online it definatley matched the one I removed, I am not sure I am installed it correctly.
It was pretty expensive grey with fiber glass. It is not rounded exactly it has a fold in the center and has adhesive on one side. Originally I attached one half of the gasket onto the metal frame of the door, then put the glass on top of that and finally flipped the remaining half of the gasket over tthe glass to hold it in place. I discovered later that the bottom portion of the door should not have the gasket so I cut the outer half off. That seemed to woek for a while. The bottom line is that I am not sure what I'm doing. I need to replace the darn thing again and its only been 4-5 months since I replaced it. can anybody help. The videos I have found online have not helped because there are no examples of the stove I have. I appreciate any detailed help I can get...
Thank you

This should be posted in The Pellet Mill - Pellet and Multifuel Stoves
in order to get the correct response. Maybe you should post a pic as well.
