SCF Revolution won’t complete start up

We woke up Christmas morning without a fire. My revolution will not complete that start up and keep a flame. The igniter does light the initial pellets, however, the seems to not sense a proof of fire. I bypassed the POF and still no luck. If I hit the auger button, it just stays on and keeps feeding pellets, so I shut it down. Tried a number of times to get it lit.

Any suggestions. Could this be part of the service notice?

After about the 10th try, it is now working. Not sure what the issue was/is, but will call my dealer Friday.
