I had a lady at work begging me for 2 days to buy some of my stash for $10/bag for green supremes. (i have 8 tons) and pellets are nowhere to be found up here. Still she pleaded and she said its still cheaper than the electric. I sold her 10 bags and now shes asking for another 10 on friday!
BTW i did tell her no about 45 times because that was a crazy high price for any brand pellet, but she made a good case and finally i caved. I said at least for that price let me bring them to you, so i did.

GS at that price I'm sitting on a gold mine ! It's funny because I know people who have given them away because they hated them .
I recently bought a dozen bags of green supreme, only because I wanted a few to pad me through this winter and that is all that was available here. Do not think I will ever buy another bag of them. With my pdvc I clean daily anyhow but I've never had so much ash and dirt inside my stove as this week burning these BLACK SUPREMES

Our Home Depot got 22 tons of GS and sold out in i day..I recently bought a dozen bags of green supreme, only because I wanted a few to pad me through this winter and that is all that was available here. Do not think I will ever buy another bag of them. With my pdvc I clean daily anyhow but I've never had so much ash and dirt inside my stove as this week burning these BLACK SUPREMES
I stayed away from them[ thanks in part to the knowledgable people here] but many others jumped on them. more or less it was any port in a storm. Not the brand.
bet lot of those stove owners won't buy them again..
Imagine a whole ton of pellets u wished u had not bought....

You could sell them and then get your 10 tons back and another 4-5 tons on top of that!!

Truth be told I'm down to just over 2 tons . ( gave out a couple to a few in need ) no charge ! Family what are you gonna do ? ( was happy to help )
I figured out how to store 15 tons so next years planning is already in the works . ( new garage )
I've had great luck with the GS my Quads love them . Yes they are not the cleanest pellet but throw good heat and when you buy at the volume I do you can see huge savings .

I bet you do. I have a ton of GS's right now and have burned them before. I can only store about 4 tons at a time. My stove doesn't care about ash production, cleanliness or any of that stuff. No need to clean out the burn pot as the agitator takes care of that. I clean the stove once every one or two weeks, depending on how busy my weekend is.

Def. did not extort her. she offered. I said no multiple times. Only gave in after she told me its still much cheaper than her electric heat, which i find hard to believe but im not going to argue. I bring her another 10 bags friday. shes more than happy.
I have found the green supremes acceptable in my pdvc. i've had it since 2006 and have burned over a dozen brands of pellets including some weird italian pellets you cant get over here anywhere. the pdvc needs its pot shoveled at least daily on any pellet, however the gs isnt too bad. I've heated my whole house on them second year in a row.
As for that lady, as i see it im doing her a favor, since there are no pellets anywhere right now. I'd rather have my pellets than the money. Thats part of the reason i like pellet heat. well before its cold, i know that my whole winter stash is right there already bought & paid for. No matter what happens, the house wont be cold (unless something breaks). With oil it was always "crap im low on oil again, gotta see if i can scrape up another grand so i can get by the next 20 days" I hated that.

I figure in a few weeks it will be a feast ! If you get close before than I know where they can still be had . I'm sure you know the place in Whindham or Wells .

Sinnian , thanks for the tip got my 3 tons today . As of 3 pm they were all sold out . Said they moved over 30 tons today alone . Across the street was no better down to their last few tons with a 10 bag limit . At the end of this year I will be picking up 13-15 tons
