So it's not the prettiest yet, but getting there. Finally have a full burn going. Thanks everyone for all your help here!
It's 17* here. Turned the heat off and it brought the temperature up 8 degrees in 2-3 hours. R

Looks like you got a lot of work ahead of you but you sure gave the room ambiance already!

Nice stove, will surely make the job much more enjoyable.
 
Looks like a concrete floor and lots of work to be done in the room. That tile was optional right?

I hope to have a concrete floor someday.
 
I can tell you put some effort into balancing that axe - good job.
