that is the exact model I bought 2 years ago for $435. So that makes it a 25 ton machine. See post (and or picture below):

I've taken down the images I posted back then. Anyway, the thing is a champ. When I bought it, the hydraulic handle bracket (made from pot aluminum) had broken so I made my own (see pic. below). He wanted $500 for it but because of the damage he came down to $450. Then I asked him if he had change for $100 bill he said no. I showed him four $100 bills a $20, $10, and a $5. He said "whatever" and took it.
Now, I have had one problem with the top of the cylinder blowing a pin hole leak in the top weld (see pic. below). It was a very old cylinder. I ended up buying a new one for $310 from tractor supply. But all of my neighbors (4 of them) are using it and have chipped in a total of $500 for that right, so even with a new cylinder, my out of pocket expense has only been $245.
Your picture does not show what type of engine it has. Mine is a 8hp Honda.
Also, if you buy it you will want to replace the hydro filter. The one on yours was exactly like the one on mine - no name or serial number. So it took some time for me to locate a correct replacement. Tractor Supply had the replacement: FRAM P1653A. I got two of them while I was at it.
Another thread which cover my experience with this splitter are at:

I gotta say that I really like this splitter and it does everything I and the neighbors need.
Another "oh, btw" is that the trailer hitch extension arm (connecting the resevoir to the hitch socket) was bent when I bought it. I didn't notice it since it still functions. But I can guess that at one time, the previouse owner must have been hauling it too fast on the highway, hit a bump which sent the splitter airborn for a while. This must have been what bent it. So, as has been mensioned by all the experts on this site already, keep your speed down when you haul that thing to your splitting site.
