Thurman's up here are $270/ton, never burned them but heard good things about them.

Just got this flyer too... Thinking about the Hamers myself, will be burning for the first time this year. Read great things about them. Bummer is I don't have a truck to haul them and the prices are a bit high for delivery!

I got quoted 250 for hamers in Krings (boyertown). They are 275 during the heating season.

Could always rent something to transport them, though it might not be worth it depending where in SE PA you are. I'm going to seriously considering getting a few tons from them! Just need to figure out where to keep them all.

Did you get special pricing from him on the Powerhouses? I see them on special @ $229/ton on his site. He has the Maine's Choice on sale at $199/ton.

I would go with Energex. Definetly hotter and a bit cleaner. I saw 3 brands on his price board in the office at the $199/ton price. I'm pretty sure the PH was one of them.

Maine Choice was a definite, Pretty sure Power House. But the last one I'm not 100% sure. Could be DryCreek???? But there were definite 3 brands at $199 unless I was seeing things( I was sober cause I had to head back to the shop).
