I am having a issue where I will turn my thermostat up from 64 to 70 and it will heat up to 66 and go to pilot mode for 20 minutes and then kick back on and heat up. what causes this?
Also on the left and right side under the grates it seems like a hidden chute that collects ash. How do i get to these?
