Hello all...looking for a little help. Had my st Croix hastings for about 5 years now. last year I noticed after stopping the stove for a cleaning, every once in awhile it wouldn't start up due to the combustion fan not spinning. After removing it, I noticed it would not spin freely. I scraped all the garbage off of it and would spray it down several times with silicone and would continue to spin it until it spinned freely. First shut down of the year and it just did the same thing. This time it took a lot longer to get it spinning freely. The manual says it doesn't need to oil...any suggestions? Any thing else I can use in place of silicone that may last longer? - I realize this may be a band aid solution but just trying to get it so I don't have to remove and clean this fan every time I shut the stove down. Looking forward to anyone's input - thanks.
