I’m replacing my shingle roof with standing seem I’ve seen posts on the Exell flashing is this compatible with ameri-vent pipe?
 
Should work. It's compatible with 8" OD chimney pipe regardless of brand.
 
I just measured mine it’s closer to 9” od.
