Just had Harmon P351 insert installed yesterday. Burned fine all night and this morning before I left house. Upon return, pellets low so I refilled. Turn thermostat up and fan up and nothing starting - still blinking light on status. No one at dealer that can help, read manual, searched internet, went to Harmon site and nothing that will help me troubleshoot. Any help on forum? TIA

How many blinks? Do a reset/power cycle and self test.

After watching, I notice 6 blinks which I realized was empty hopper, but it still continued after filling up the hopper. I just unplugged and after plugging back in it started. I know that can't be the correct way to resolve the issue. What should I do if that occurs again? I'm read everything in manual and watched videos but still didn't see answer other than fill hopper. Thank you

Ifu run it out of pellets you have to turn it off then back on to restart

Glad it was something simple to fix! And don't worry, many of us have been there whether it be out of pellets, out of oil, out of propane etc.
