I bought a used 029. After a good cleaning, new plug, chain, cleaned air filter it cuts fine. I did notice the bumper spike is loose enough to where it will move slightly. Is this normal or should it be tight with no movement?

are you talking about the felling dawgs? and if you are than yes it should be tight

I had a 029 about 15 years ago nice saw "the farm boss"
