Hi , I would appreciate if anyone could assist with this?

My Froling is an SP dual. Normally I load it with logs such that pellets light automatically and only runs a short time before the logs light.

However the past few days I have been trying to run on just pellets and have been getting A stoker motor fault message. So far it has reset each time.

I know Froling do derive some alarms so wonder if it could be a set up issue. I was watching it work and it runs intermittently and I can figure how it knows when to operate or if it's just a timer that needs setting?
