Bad photo, i know... i do not have this stove anymore... was in this home when bought in '90.
replaced in '93.
i'm just curious is all.

Vermont castings or a copy of their stove

it was much larger than our VC defiant encore (taller, wider and the firebox was certainly larger, though i did not burn often in the old stove)
it also stood back further on the hearth...
i did add four rows of brick to accommodate the newer stove installed in '93.
