Here is the problem. My Taco 2400 20s wb took a S yesterday. I have 330 total feet of 1" pex with a 50 plate domestic hot water exchanger, 165000 btu WTA exchanger with 3/4 ports and 10 90's. I'm guessing around 21-23 of head loss. My delta T was around 30 degree drop +-. I plan on purchasing a stainless pump tomorrow. Any advice is really needed and appreciated. The pump came with the unit brand new installed Nov of 14. I use approximately 177000000 btu in 180 days of the burning season. I'm thinking a Taco 012 will be a good replacement. Any Ideas?

0012 won't come close to the total head that you have calculated.

Why not just replace with another 2400?

Why wouldn't you have a spare pump on hand?

I do, two days before mine went out I helped a friend install an old H5. He had two pumps they were bad so I let him borrow my back up 009. As luck would have it mine went out.
