Can a SR502 switching relay be used to power a Safgard mod 1100 LWCO calls for power consumption 1VA , switching capacity 50VA, Max load 5 amps
 
SR502 sheet calls out supply of one ampere per end switch, so 24 VA each. If your thermostat [edit:] loads all draw less than one ampere (555 bee hive draws 0.9 ampere maximum, for instance), then you should have plenty of leftover transformer output capacity to supply one measly VA.
