Taking the elbow grease out of cleaning a fiberglass tub.

It just seamed that our older powdered cleaner worked but nowadays there maybe a better way. So after some research I found the Pink Stuff and sold at Home Depot. It comes in Liquid and Paste. The paste is a little better for the tougher grime.
Now the tools.
Good
1. Basic setup see the 1st pic
Pink Stuff liquid & paste with the Scrunge Sponge from
Home Depot
Better
2. Less expensive cordless drill setup
DeWalt Brushless 20v Lithium Battery
Ryobi Buffing & polishing drill attachment from Lowe’s The yellow and black foam pads work good.
Medium cut blue compounding and buffing pad from Harbor Freight works better. (if 3” is out of stock the 5” pad can be cut to fit 3” polisher)

3. Professional orbit higher RPM polishing & buffing tool
Central pneumatic 3” Air Polishing kit
Summary
The basic setup works well but may need some elbow grease. The less expensive setup takes a lot of the elbow grease out and works well. The Pro setup is less bulky and higher RPM just cuts the scum in a whiz! See vid

The bottom of the tub is non slip so the dirt and grime hid between the bumps. However after using this, it is all white as snow!

Any tips on what you found that works well?

I found this a few years ago. Makes cleaning shower/tub much easier.

The best trick is using the broom to scrub at the end. The video doesn't clearly show the dirt that well but this is the easiest way to clean the tile wall and tub that i've found.

I just did it this morning. But i sprayed dawn on the tile walls and tub. Then walked the dogs for almost an hour. Then sprayed white vinegar on the walls and tub, waited a bit, then brushed with broom. Did another quick spray of dawn then vinegar.

A final broom scrub and rinse with the shower head on a hose to easily reach every spot without spraying water all over the place.

I'm never using a scrub brush again!

I'm sure her heated vinegar mix is better than what i did but i had the dawn / water 50/50 in spray bottle ready to go already and i've just used that in the past and it alone does a good job mostly.
The vinegar helps with the mold.
