Tarm solo plus mkII jacket install

Hello. I recently purchased a 2005 Tarm 60. I am struggling to install the outter sheet metal jacket.

The manual describes the jacket sides simply being connected with "zip strips". The boiler came with several galvi "Z" cross section pieces. I do not see these being the appropriate zip strips. Any insight into how the jacket sides are supposed to be installed would be appreciated.

I don't know how a z shape would help. Normally it's a c shape that slides over the two edges of the jacket pieces.

That would make sense. I purchased the boiler dissassembled and it came with those z pieces???. Trying to put the pieces together. Anyone know where the c channel can be purchased?

I could bend you some up out of 24 gauge galvalume steel... what's the lengths you need?

the correct zip strips are "C" shaped and are not galvanized. Looks like what you have there is from something else. If the original owner can't dig up the correct strips, we have them in stock here.

Thanks. I found some "c" channel intended for duct work at home depot. I plan to give that a shot.
