Ultima S Series cast iron boilers 60 Kw

Description of Boiler

The Ultima S is a cast iron sectional boiler for solid fuel firing which is constructed in two ass horizontal flue gas circulation principle, and has been designed to fire solid fuels for hot water heating systems.
Ultima S Series cast iron boilers are manufactured in 6 different capacities whose nominal heating capacities ranging from 10 kW to 45 kW. Thanks to flexible casting technology(GG20), Ultima Series are very strong to corrosion and thermal stresses due to temperature differences in cast iron sections. Original grill design makes lifetime of boiler nger, preventing ash accumulation in combustion chamber. The ash accumulated on the grid is pulled down into ash tray.
Original horizontal 2-pass gas circulation principle in sectional design, with increased heating surface result in very high performance among cast iron boilers. A hinged door provides full access to the combustion chamber and flue passages for cleaning and a rear cover (smokehood) provides access to the flue outlet. Insulation of complete boiler lock with a thick mineral wool, aluminium backed mats ensures minimal radiated heat osses and higher boiler efficiencies. Intermediate sections are fully interchangeable. Connections between sections is by steel made conical (push-fit) nipples, one top and bottom. Boiler front doors can readily be «handed» for left hand or right hand opening. steel casing of neat design and easy to fit, completes the boiler enclosure.
