We just started using our VF100 in our new house. It was professionally cleaned a few weeks ago and we used it for about a week before vacuuming out the stove and ash pan with a shop vac/filter. There were some unburned pellets. We cleaned it on Saturday and by Monday night the ash pan was filled with unburned pellets. I vacuumed it this morning and ran it all day, and again it's full! We are using Northern Warmth Supreme Douglas Fir, they were left in the house by the old owner. The picture shows after 12 hours of use today. Any ideas of what could be wrong? Thank you!

From the looks of the burn pot, your stove is in need of
more combustion air. Does it have an intake air adjustment?
If so open it a little until the flame is bright and dancing but not a blow torch

Thanks for your response. The flame is already pretty high, it looks like it grazes the top of the stove. The guy who cleaned it a few weeks ago said we needed a new ash pan, that it was warped in the back and probably isn’t sealing great. We ordered what we thought was the piece but it didn’t fit so have to find another. Would that make a difference? It mostly seems like the pellets are coming down and bouncing off the front of the burn pit and then collecting there, our bouncing off the pile and going to the side.

It looks to me like you have the burn pot liner in backward.
The high side should go towards the front of the stove
If you do not have a manual here is one
