Vogelzang 5770 wont turn on

I need help. My vogelzang 5770 ran out of pellets when i got home. On the display screen it shows 99. The room blower fan was blowing and fire was out. I click on the ON button to turn it off and nothing happens. I've then pull the plug and when i plug it back in, the red light above the ON button is on. Now nothing works. It won't even turn on or turn off the small red light. I've sl check the fuse and it was good. I bought a new one and replace it too. I've unhook the thermostat and plug in the power cord and E5 comes on, but nothing else works. If i plug the thermostat back in the stove goes back to nothing except the red dot above the on button comes on. I've swap the low temp switch and high temp switch from my other stove and nothing. Could it be my control board that need replace?? I need help please
