On Wednesday I was 206.4 but this morning the truth teller said 209.4, still good but I missed my goal. This week I'll increase the amount of recliner handle pulls I do, that should do it!
I've been staying in a weight range so 209.4 is good for me. The work regarding firewood has started so that will keep the weight off unless the snacking at night starts again.Your suppose to be less not more...But still enjoy those recliner handle pulls but don't forget to get off of the chair--lol..I liked the first movie but have not seen the second one as of yet...clancey
You dropped 17 pounds, that's pretty good in my book.Been out on the road for about 3.5 weeks. Got home tonight at 10:30 and my wife had a hot plate ready. Ate 4 tacos, beans, Spanish Rice, Cotija, and Valentina tonight. Jumped on the scale right afterwards and I’m 220 right after a meal. Not bad for a month on the road to be -5lbs.
