I have 2-500 gal propane tanks piped to are wood boiler in 2" and is only 6' away. What size circ would you use for my hot water storage? Also has any one seen 2" circ flanges?

The size pump that you need is determined by the heat loads that you have, not by the size of the plumbing on the storage tank. There's another nearby thread with a link to a good tutorial on circulator design.

You'll need to know something about the head loss and heat demand of your heating zones. I have a maximum heat load of 30,000 BTU/hr with four zones plus DHW. I use a Taco 007.
