Just bought used stove. Installed and have air issues, am gonna clean thoroughly. Saw in the manual the auger on and off times, and mine differ considerably. Auger on around 1.5 sec, auger off 10-12 sec. Doesnt matter which setting you have selected. I found the auger trim screw and tried to adjust, but all it does is increase on time. The stove is basically running out of pellets. Was wondering why times would be off???

Thermostat jumper is missing or has lost its connection. This will put the stove in constant idle mode regardless of the feed setting.

What brand of stove ? You have a Whitfield and your lights are blinking on the side.. it's in LOW mode. Have to short those two "speaker" connections.
The stove is a Whitfield Advantage II-T, I read that on another post and checked it out. Pulled jumper and jiggled wires, had no effect, checked the jumper wire it is fine(not broken or any damage). Could the short be in the board?

No thermo wires on back of stove, they seem to be on control board. Wire is intact and checked continuity. Where do I go from here?

You need to check to see if your stove still has an optical sensor. Older whitfields had an optical sensor instead of a high limit disk mounted on the blower housing. The optical sensors were a terrible design and i always bypass them when i come across them. It is mounted to the augur tube (you would have to access through hopper) and has a lens to detect light so the stove knows there is flame so it stays in running mode. That lens constantly gets blocked and then the stove wont feed pellets as it thinks its dying out. You can easily check this to see if you have a snap disk mounted to your blower housing somewhere with two leads going to it. If you don't you need to bypass it or have a technician do it as it can be tricky if you haven't done it before. (This is good advice even if it isnt the cause of your current problem) Also is the augur making any noise at all? There are tiny plastic gears inside the motor and when they get worn down over time they can start to slip so when the motor kicks in it doesn't actually spin the augur. Also could be the vacuum switch. Check to make sure the part the leads connect to is still securely attached to the mechanism. They have a habit of coming loose and cause cause weird issues like you are describing. Also if your control board looks like this one ill link to below then you most likely need a new one. I find on whitfields in particular that when the control boards start going they can cause all sorts of weird issues.
A jumper wire will be your best friend. Use it to bypass certain parts to pinpoint the issue. Just make sure to unplug the stove while your changing wires so you don't shock yourself!

Can visually see auger turning, its just feeding every 10-12 sec. Can hear running but not overly loud.
