Saw this new brand of pellets at my local TSC and would like to know who has used them and are they any good. Do they burn hot and clean, are they all wood or do they have recycled material in them?
Right now I'm using McFeeters and I like them but wouldn't mind trying another brand incase there's no McFeeters available. [Hearth.com] Who's familiar w/ these pellets?

I have never seen them. the best you can do is buy a few bags and try the out. who knows maybe they will burn good in your stove.

The Trebio plant is about an hour away from me, but I've never seen them around here. I'll have to check TSC for them.

There were a few folks on here last year who really liked them. Clean and hot. Nothings stopping you from buying a bag or two and trying them out!

Where in Ontario are you?

Got 5 bags last year really liked them .
they are hard to find in my area can't figure
out why . They are made about 30 miles east of me .
They don't seem to sell locally most of there production is sold in Europe.
Got them last year at Walmart in Carlton Place

A good pellet for my stove but I still prefer the Heartlands my local Home Hardware gets in. Trebios are carried at CT and WalMart locally but supply from these stores are iffy. I get the Heartlands by the pallet (slightly more than a ton) and they are the same price as the Trebios are $5.99 per bag. Heartlands likely not available in southern or eastern Ontario but they're made fairly close to where I live in northwestern Ontario.
