The Ashford 30.2 was suggested to me after looking at a different manufacturer to fit into our chase for a vertical vent. It appears the clearance has to be 25.5” from the pipe centerline. The width of the chase is 51” prior to installing brick veneer, and the depth is 26”. Will those work? I’ll attach some photos for clarification. Thank you.

The Ashford needs 51" alcove clearance, so it looks like it would just make it.
