Wiring help with taco zone controller

I have a taco 3 zone controller. I have three zones. Plumbed primary/secondary. One zone is a circ with 9 loops radiant. Other zones are zoned with valves, same circ. I used taco zone centry valves.

The way I have it now when T Stat calls for heat it energizes the zone valve. I wire the end switch to the thermostat terminals in the zone controller. I just have zones 1 & 2 jumped in the load side so if ether one is energized the circ will run.

I power the primary circ off the End switch in the controller.

I want the primary circ to run say 5 seconds or so to purg the water out so that cool stand by water doesn't go into my zones. I know I can put a N.O. clamp on aquastat on my primary loop for both my power for both my circs to go through first.

Is there an easier way?

For five seconds, do you really need it?
 
That looks like it would work nicely lots of options for picking time delay. So looks like I would need two, one for each circ? looks to be around 35.00 not sure I could justify spending that much.

I know I could just use a regular 24v coil relay and use the T stat signal to energize the primary loop since it take around 30 seconds for the zone valve to even open. but on the zone with no valve and just a circ, that circ would start right away.

Honestly not really sure on the time it takes to get hot water to the building. I did the math before but lost the papers and did redo it. My primary loop starts in my Garn Building I have a plate exchanger out there. I have aprox. 10' from Garn to FPHX and the about 85 from FPHX to my secondary loops. I primary loops is 1" pex with a 007 I put on that I had laying around. The other night I was standing there whet T Stat called fot heat and watched the temp gauge in the primary loop. It took roughly 5 second to get hot water. I assume that there may have been a call for heat not long before that? five seconds sounds fast if nothing had been calling for heat in a while?

Whats everyone else do? Say the heck with it or...?

This also brings up data logging. I would love to see how many hrs a day each zone is actually calling for heat. Would be nice to also see times of day and outside temp along with it. Maybe even supply and return temps on the primary loop as well? Not sure if any of this is necessary but would be neat to know.
