I am going right now to buy 2 tons of Somerset pellets at Lowes in Killingly CT for $248 per ton.

I had 2 bags of pellets that said northern on the bag and they were great.

Then I bought a ton of maine woods pellets from TSC in putnam CT, burned 1/2 a bag and just sold the ton on craigslist for $200

The maine woods pellets sucked. Tons of ash and not that warm either. 1/2 bag of maine woods made twice as much ash as 2 bags of those northern pellets. Lots of fines too.

Somerset are supposed to be a good pellet and $248 per ton seems like a good price.

Lowes said they had 40 tons so if you live in the area stop by and get them while the price is this good!
