New to this forum but read the posts and thought to ask my question?
So the whole fireplace insert worked one night, and the next day the board won't light up - or anything else! Thermostatically controlled and 2.5 years old-, I cleaned it up really good couple weeks ago.
Power coming into the board and fuses are good but no lights and no sounds and no nothing! Called the dealer who said they wanted to come out for $190.00 bucks! The new board is less than that! Have you tried to find a board lately? Guess their backlogged for production but a guy out in Pennsylvania's got a bunch. Thank God cuz it's 50 in the house in Oregon and cold and wet! No other heat source... Do you suppose a bad board was a good guess??

First thing to check is that the fuses really are good. Sometimes they look visually ok, but aren't. Have they been continuity checked or replaced with known good fuses?
