So I take it that it doesn't come with the blower flange. The manual says there is a blower mounting plate and mounting grommets. I don't know what they look like or if I even have them.

No the blower comes with the motor, the housing, the squirrel cage, and the flange as a unit. They may or may not have an anti vibration/insulation gasket, depends upon who makes the blower and for whom it is made.
How many parts have gone missing? Get real familiar with that expanded diagram of your stove to confirm nothing else is missing. I hope you got an exceptional deal
